Further info on these, for reference:

Kant's Critique of Aesthetic Judgment - Immanuel Kant, 1724-1804; Translator: James Creed Meredith (1875-1942). Published 1911.
Online text: http://www.archive.org/details/critiquekantaest00kantuoft

Selections from Hegel's Lectures on Aesthetics Georg Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel (1770 - 1831); Bernard Bosanquet & W.M. Bryant, "The Journal of Speculative Philosophy." Published 1886
Online text: http://www.marxists.org/reference/archive/hegel/works/ae/index.htm

Of the Standard of Taste - David Hume (1711-1776) Published 1757
Online text: http://www.csulb.edu/~jvancamp/361r15.html

Transformations - Roger Fry. Published 1926, and probably therefore not PD in USA where our files are hosted.

Marx's Economic and Philosophical Manuscripts of 1844 were not published in Marx's lifetime and were first released in 1932, so, again, probably not PD in the USA.

Roger Fry died in 1934, so works published during his lifetime should be PD.

PD for me and you, most certainly, but we do have also to be sure that it is PD in the USA where our files are hosted. US copyright is horribly complex. We know for certain that anything published before 1923 is PD in the US. After that it gets complicated.

Fry was British, so not PD in the US unless published before 1923. So far as I can tell, only Vision and Design (1920) would qualify.
