How the two ends met; a story of our square
by Leonard, Mary Finley, 1862-

mr aleck is new in the neighborhood and still getting to know it. this particular square has a great diversity of people, particularly a little girl called 'pickles', who is the center of a scandal involving a scrawl in a newly cemented sidewalk, and who is the life of the neighborhood :)
