Hi, I'm awake now. Anita, I see your server is back so I am taking the liberty of uploading the new file now. :D The link in the box should be fine since the filename is unchanged... I'll check later (after breakfast and all that). Now it's a race between David and Tina. No pressure though, y'all. :P

Got it, Kevin, thanks! I think my computer has weird karma with your files -- I can't see this one in the folder (just like with the first one). I downloaded it from your link with no trouble at all. The last one eventually showed up for me for no reason I could figure, so I imagine this one will to...

Thanks, Kristen! I had to take a recording break because of another cold (sigh). Chapter 9 is pending edits.

Got them, John, looking forward to listening! As a fairly deadpan reader myself, I enjoy hearing everybody else's interpretations.

Chapter 4 OK! Did you mean to correct the "did not know" at 2:58? 'Cause it's still there, but it's such a small thing, I'm happy if you are. :D edited to add: Chapter 7 OK! You are doing just fine, Sandra; your reading is great and it sounds like you're having fun with it! I liked the voi...

Well, that would be easy enough since I read the preceding chapter as well. For any other short chapters it would require more advance planning than I usually do. :)

Chapter intros: short vs long chapters

I realize this is my call as BC, but I'd welcome opinions. I just recorded a Jules Verne chapter that's a minute and a half long. I think the abbreviated intro (the one for poetry) would be more appropriate than the standard, but I can also see the value in consistency through the book. If you were ...

PL note for Chapter 13 -- this one is really minor so I'll leave it up to you whether to edit, Esther:

1:43 The passage was not long -- read as The passage was long

Great reading as usual! I've done 16 and 17 and will upload after I've edited.
