I used to get in trouble for reading after bedtime using the light that came in under the door. I was scolded and told I would ruin my eyes. I always said 'It won't ruin them, it will strengthen them!'

Now I'm the only one in the family who doesn't need glasses. Coincidence? :lol:

I have three younger siblings, but my sister says I was always ignoring her so I could go read. We moved a lot, so I didn't have a lot of friends outside the family, but my sibs were always there.

Unfortunately, it's against ebay's rules to put an outside website in the listing. Really? Someone from Librivox makes a cd (any cd -War of the worlds would be great.) and auctions it off at ebay.... but the cost is soooooooo low and in the description we state very clearly that these files can be downloaded at our site. When checking out the site, they will see clearly our offer to burn...

The seller is in the UK and selling in sterling, but ebay is doing the conversion because you are looking at it from ebay.com instead of ebay.co.uk.

I imagine if someone sold them for that much, they'd get negative feedback from the first person who discovered they were available for free (even if the disclaimers were chopped off, *someone* would recognize the material. Freedom to do what they like with the material also means freedom to accept ...
