Re: 1 minute test recording

... sure if that would make a difference. Okay, that would have been good to know. Not sure why you would tell us you were on Windows when it was a Chromebook. Checker doesn't work on Chrome. Actually, pretty much nothing works on Chrome. You need to be able to produce a 128kbps MP3 mono audio file ...

It WORKED, you wonderful Linux superstar hero! Thank you so much. I made my "downloads" file "share with Linux" then went through the mnt/chromeos path just like you told me . . . and found the file. Thank you. You're doing the Lord's work - I was about at the end of my rope. :cl...

Re: Finding Volume Without Audacity - Working on a Chromebook

You can't navigate to the folder in which your MP3s are?

Mine opens in My Documents (a Windows folder), but I would be able to navigate to wherever I have my MP3s.

... of files - so I can't find my .mp3 files that way. That "file cabinet" seems to be totally unrelated to the "downloads" on my Chromebook.

Re: Finding Volume Without Audacity - Working on a Chromebook

In Checker, you should be able to go to File > Check Files (or in Windows, it's Ctrl-O as in "open file") and open files directly from Checker, rather than drag-and-drop. Have you tried that?
