I opened up Audacity today and found that I did have 1 tiny paragraph recorded! it's paragraph 2 where the *really* intimidating names come up.
but I'm going to plow ahead on it and do my best.

I'm seeking some pronunciation help for section 23 and I hope to have it recorded in the next week or two.

I've signed up to read two sections in a book on Hinduism and Buddhisim, for which I need to learn how to pronounced these unfamiliar Tibetan (or Tibet-adjacent) names and words... Tashilhunpo King Srong-tsan-gam-po Thonmi Sanbhota Karaṇḍa Vyûha Khri-gtsug-lde-btsan Śântarakshita Ralpachan phyi-dar ...

I have all the letters recorded now! it'll take me a bit to edit them I'm sure, but it feels pretty good to meet this milestone. I haven't started editing letter 9, so we'll just see how long it ends up being. now that I look at what we have so far, the lengths vary a lot already. so maybe it's fine...
