Re: [FULL][DR]The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes -ke
Who the frik are you? Just a person, who, in the past, when the subject of doing another SH collection came up, expressed an interest in being part of it. (then I took a few months away from the website) (In fact, one of my last posts was about SH: https://forum.librivox.org/viewtopic.php?f=27&...

Can I have Lyciscas? (And I promise the stay around long enough the record my part this time...) Also, the MW lists him as in the 1st interlude AND in Act1. I don't see him in Act 1, but Moron, as originally played by Moliere, is in act 1, and I assume he wouldn't be playing two roles in the same act.

Can I have Lawyer 2?
(It's not exactly a Notary, but close enough --- and it rhymes! -- something that's been lacking in our other Moliere recording....)

Cori and I continued to do most of the short story collections - actually there is only one left that we didn’t do, and it was in fact the one with Scandal in Bohemia! Actually, more than that.... Of the 5 collections: - "The Adventures of ..." and "The Memoirs of ..." have coll...

21:50 Richard Gates / Richard Oats (I had to giggle at that one  ) It's funny how the tiniest stray mark on a printout can have a big effect on how it's read. I once had the line "Give him air", which really looked like it said "give him sir" (which I thought was a very odd...

The most famous of his plays in Pseudolus, a classic story of a clever and witty servant having to serve less clever people. It is the basis of Stephen Sondheim's A funny thing happened on the way to the forum. I tried finding some interest in recording Pseudolus some time ago. I had trouble gettin...

Re: OPEN[PLAYS]One Act Play Collection 011-thw
Sorry, some unexpected things came up, and I most likely won't get a single quiet moment near my computer today :| I'll get it done when I can, but at the moment it's just a bit outside of my control! No problem. After I posted that, I remember that there was a bit *I* had to re-record which I have...

I've made the corrections. Just waiting on Foon's character description, and I'll re-upload it.

Re: OPEN[PLAYS]One Act Play Collection 011-thw
The character descriptions and "nudges him" were missing from the audio files. The jumbles are a bit weird. When I went through it, I found (and fixed) two of them, though I have no idea how they happened. I'm beginning to feel I can't trust my audio editor to correctly save files. And the...

A couple of thoughts: - I like the general idea of a "rewards" system for participating. If we compare this to the wildly successful site StackOverflow.com (which is also completely volunteer driven), one of the main things that drove participation there is their system of "reputation...

OK. I'm in the midst of editing it now. wonderful news. That means we might even make it in time for the one-year-birthday of this project. :D I'll PL it as soon as it's up. Hmmm.. That gives me to the end of the day.... Don't think I'm going to make that, but soon after... Fortunately, unlike reco...
