Yep, because the year things are PD is moving yearly now. :) The trick might be finding an e-text. If it's on Gutenberg, you're golden. It might also be on Archive or HathiTrust.org. I found it on the internet archive. I was wondering why that date didn't seem to be changing. Thanks for the reply! SC
