Re: I can't get uploaded
Please describe the steps you're taking to export the file. It sounds as if something is going wrong there.

Re: accessing LV catalogue with iPad ?
Bookmobile has a steep learning curve because it has SO MANY features and options. One tip -- after you download a book, tap the "burger" at the top and switch it to "audiobook mode". :)

Re: accessing LV catalogue with iPad ?

Re: Instructions for downloading and playing LibriVox books on an iPhone
Whoa, that's really cool! I had no idea this was possible. I tried it out, and I have just a few suggestions for edits that will make it easier for the non-techies out there (I was imagining that I was my mom... :D ) Of course, to be absolutely Mom-safe, you'd need to post annotated screenshots. :) ...

Re: LibriVox YouTube channel (official)
This is really great! I have subscribed. :) It's an easy way to tell people how to listen to our books -- our catalog can be confusing, but nearly everyone understands YouTube. You can even do rudimentary searches -- I tried with "Kara Shallenberg", "Heidi", "Wind Willows&qu...

Re: SOLO - The Railway Children-ans
A new chapter! It only took me 12.5 months.
I decided I need to stop waiting until I feel "well enough" and just record even though I am permanently exhausted and out-of-breath. Ha.

Re: Sparkler thread for LV projects
Hello new Sparknotes friends, I am the one who reads all the intro emails and decides who is a spammer and who is a real volunteer. It's a tough job - those spammers are tricky beasts :) If any of your friends have not had their accounts activated, ask them to email [librivox dot forum at gmail dot ...

Re: Questions about starting a project (split from another thread)
That would work fine, but keep in mind that group collections might end up being cataloged more slowly than a solo project, depending on how quickly you output these recordings. :) The regular Short Poetry Collection, for example, catalogs every month. I'm not sure how different Middle English is f...
