I've corrected and am uploading the other chapters. I think the areas of possible clipping are where I raise my voice to imitate shouting and the like, so if there is a little distortion (and like you I can't actually hear any) it is probably OK... Rereading those sections could be difficult to matc...

It just seems potentially unfair landing you two with a longer job than expected Still things should go faster and the third book has less chapters, I think.

Between the end of November and December will be slow (I am teaching in Colombo and B and I have a holiday after the course), but I should get a few chapters done before then

Uploading again, I'm not sure what went wrong, perhaps because we've been having intermittent slow-downs and cut-outs in our Internet
