I may have been a little confused by the PL Notes and dB stuff... so I tried my best. For Chapter 16 the only problem was volume, so I didn't re-record it, but changed the dB to my best ability... Here are Chapters 16 and 21 for Tobias! :D Tobias doesn't actually speak in Chapter 17 but there is a spot for it in the magic window so that's probably just an error. :P I hope it's okay I'm recording out of order. Chapter 21 is so few lines I felt like it's better if I just knock them out right no...
