I cataloged this one, and it was done during the time we were having so many problems uploading to Archive. I still have backup copies of the entire validator directory (including the xml files), if that would help.

There are two versions of section 2 on the uploader. The most recent one was uploaded 12/20/2008 at 5:16:44 pm Pacific time.
