I started to record chapter 11, but it's got a good amount of both Greek and French in it. I am pretty wretched with both those languages.

Either someone else is welcome to claim it, or I'll need LOTS of help to make it sound halfway correct.

I think I'll read it "said day" - perhaps it means something like "the stated day" for buying such things!

(If it's any help, this was supposedly from some diary concerning someone in Glasgow, so it was Scottish instead of English.)

I saw there was a wiki page designated for PL advice/tips, but no info is in it. :? I'm a newbie PL'er (and reader, if truth be known). Generally I open the file in Real Player, then have the original text open and a Notebook page open. I have the Real Player as small as I can and still see the time...

I'm a newbie, too. :D (I signed up in July but didn't start doing anything until this month.) I started out with some shorter, easier stuff, though. LOL! Yeah, I've found that a fresh pair of ears brings forth errors more easily. Familiarity with the text breeds... a chance of missing mistakes. 8-) ...

May I be DPL on this project? And if so, what kind of PL do you want? (I generally do read along, so I don't space out, LOL, but I do try to post only the word changes that change the meaning.)
