Re: Play Suggestions
thats interesting stuff! one thing that strikes me is i'd obviously been to the thread with one minutes test on when i did mine but as its mostly all tests thats what i assumed it all was, i missed the posts for DPLs wanted. maybe that thread would be less cluttered if the tests were moved to the &q...

Re: Play Suggestions
Im in the UK and can see it full view.
Sometimes Hathi limits non-US access, even if the book is PD in those countries. They're not always discriminating when it comes to things like that. This one is full view for me. Maybe an international reader can tell us if they're able to view it.

Re: Play Suggestions
If we cant find ACDs first Sherlock Holmes play how about one of the other ones like the Speckled Band? It does seem to have everything needed online. and has quite a large cast to give plenty of folks a chance to play a role. https://babel.hathitrust.org/cgi/pt?id=hvd.32044086822962&view=1up&am...

Re: Play Suggestions
Not necessarily. I have some pre-1925 print books at home that probably don't exist online anywhere. If I wanted to read one as a solo for LV, I would just have to scan and upload the copyright page to prove that the book is now PD, and I could read right off the page. However, if I wanted to read ...

Re: Play Suggestions
That does help, if we can find it. We'd need to use that edition rather than a newer one. That is, it can't be newer than 1924. I've poked around a bit and haven't found it yet. But I did find "Alias Miss Sherlock": http://catalog.hathitrust.org/Record/100862376 EDIT: Well, and I found yo...

Unfortunately, this website says "The books offered at this web site are in the public domain in Australia." Which has different rules than the US. (Or rather, I am corrected, the US has different rules from Australia.) The website also has a license statement at http://freeread.com.au/@R...
