Post the link to the etext in this thread . As far as I am aware in USA law copyright is held by the publisher in many cases - so a publisher can hold the rights for a book written many years before. But no laws are straight forward - there are always exceptions in some cases. So if you have doubts ...

She's actually been talking via PM with me with a new plan and I said I'd help her so things are well under way - just a bit slow as I had a family wedding and a house full of interstate guests but hopefully tomorrow (my time) things will get started. butting in , and this can be deleted but personally listening to poetry I like to have a thinking time between them . Are you planning to read the names, ranks etc of each verse ? In some ways that is part of the relevance.

I think you misunderstood the advice. Nearly everyone does some editing after recording . What did checker say?

We need a proof listener. We ask readers to enter the time for each file - it's a rough check that all the file made it through the ether . and people to like to know how long things will take them to do the proof listening. just in the notes field mm:ss Lets wait to see if there is any fixing neede...

first thing is to submit your 1 minute test to check we can use your recordings, then start on something small while you see if you enjoy reading aloud and have an idea how long it takes to record and edit the finished product. Anne
