I am attempting to download the book The Mystery of Edwin Drood by Charles Dickens. Part 1 downloads OK but part 2 does not. It appears that the Part 1 file is sent instead of the Part 2 file, so that Part 2 is unavailable. How can this be corrected?

have tried burning onto disc using Nero.
audio disc will burn but no files appear on the disc.
I have burnt various discs in the past with no problems. Can you help please
