The file is there and plays fine for me both from our webpage and the Archive webpage. However, I did see that the files are all out of order; all the part 1s are listed first and then all the part 2s. Any suggestions on the best way to correct this? Do I just remove the numbers in front of the file...

Hey Richard, chapter 3 is at the wrong sample rate (32000 instead of 44100). Could you correct that and re-upload it please.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but as I was trying to catalog this, I found that chapters 73-87 are at the wrong sample rate, 16000 instead of 44100. You will need to open them in audacity and then export them again at the right sample rate and then re-upload them. Almost there.
