Basically, all recording software uses the scale 0dB (maximum) to -100dB (silent), except LibriVox. I understand the history is that LV volunteers had trouble understanding that -18 is louder than -23, so it was simplified. The specs you cite are from ACX, which are actually quite close to LibriVox ...

Better. But your recording space needs to be deader. The reverb makes it hard tp listen to. Even a blanket tent or cushion fort can help.

Still a lot of reverb. You need a much deader recording space. You also sound rather far from your mic. Should be 8 to 12 inches.
