Re: (Group) Selected Letters of St. Jane Frances de Chantal

Maria, I recorded through letter 62. I hope you don't mind, you should be getting everything within the week. I've got a situation where I have to edit at a different location so I recorded a lot at one time.

Re: (Group) Selected Letters of St. Jane Frances de Chantal

thanks for the info on the volume
I can easily put the intros back in, I redid them because I started to think they were almost as long as the recording itself.

Re: (Group) Selected Letters of St. Jane Frances de Chantal

Maria, I'd like to do the next three, letters 56, 57, 58 and if I can get on a roll I'll take more. It would be nice to have this be one of the 10K recordings for the LibriVox birthday. I'm still adapting to recording on a Linux machine and can't tell what the level actually is, so I'm just guessing...

Re: [Science] Elements of Geology by William Ruschenberger-a

I'll do the glossary if things keep moving this slowly. I learn a lot in condensed form when I do them, but it sometimes takes longer because I research how to pronounce the words. What I learned about Jules Verne is that it can make a big difference who the translator was, apparently there was a lo...

Amy, finally lesson 1: https://librivox.org/uploads/alg1001/elementsgeology_01_ruschenberger_128kb.mp3 21.71 KB 23m10s no tags right? Note: I went on a Jules Verne binge for a few weeks :D reading everything I could get my hands or ears on, and he sounds just like Ruschenberger, only funnier. No won...

Yes, I would like to do the next section, but I have some other readings to finish first. If readers are continuing to be slow in signing up, I will take it.

Re: [Science] Elements of Geology by William Ruschenberger-a

Amy, I want to read the foot note on page 14--definition of detritus, because it is not included in the glossary. It occurs in the middle of the sentence (sec 15) but I think I can fit it in as if it were in parenthesis, if you don't like it I can cut it out of the recording.
