Alexander, I've posted Note E of the Appendix. I've omitted the legal and statutory citations in the footnotes, but tried to preserve Jefferson's explanations of them. I'll be curious to hear what you think of the approach.

Alexander, I've posted Appendix Note C for you, in two parts. It was interesting for me in reading to compare Jefferson's litany of complaints, very complete and detailed, against what amounted to such brief summaries of them in the actual Declaration of Independence.

I'm a bit concerned that not all chapters in the book are as short as Chapters 1 and 2, and some may need to be broken up into sections.
