Alexander, I've posted Appendix Note C for you, in two parts. It was interesting for me in reading to compare Jefferson's litany of complaints, very complete and detailed, against what amounted to such brief summaries of them in the actual Declaration of Independence.

Rachel, thanks much for your comments. I'll get those fixes done later today. I'm a bit concerned that not all chapters in the book are as short as Chapters 1 and 2, and some may need to be broken up into sections.
