Many thanks for the reply from dl.
I understand I am 10 db too loud.
My response to past feedback was to set the input at 0.8 at the top and a gain of +6 on the left.

However, I think I got nearer to the microphone. I'll get this right. The 5 sec. at the end is easy to remediate.

I thought I was clever in sending my recording of the weekly poem, Grandma's Prayer, to dl. However, I FORGOT to put the author Eugene Field's dates in the ID 3 tags: (1850-1895) I think I should leave well enough alone and not re-send my recording, right?
