I cannot get into the magic window to start validation, my password is not recognized. I have actually checked this and everything should work but it doesn't. The reset password does not work either, not sending an email. Can someone help?

Unfortunately I cannot log into the magic window to start validation. I will check with another admin to see why my password is not recognized.
