I've uploaded a morning version. Should be better now. Waiting for new directions

Fixed, at least when it comes to words. The original was in my morning voice, and I'm recording the fixes in late afternoon, so they sound completely different

Maybe I'll record another version tomorrow morning if I manage to talk myself into getting up early enough
