Re: Would You Rather... - The game of Icky fun! [FORUM GAME]

How ironic! I think I'd relinquish my ability to record for all pre-1960 books to be PD, AS LONG AS others could record the books and I could PL... The best of both worlds! Would you rather lose a long recording project that you had worked hard on, without the possibility of re-uploading it, or be f...

Re: Would You Rather... - The game of Icky fun! [FORUM GAME]

Ooooh, the entire book collection all the way! Would you rather have an absolutely unlimited library of anything you've ever wanted to read, but be able to borrow books for only one week, only once... Or have your own collection of ten favorites, which are yours for the reading and rereading, but wi...

Television, definitely! The Internet has a broader, fuller, richer scope.

Would you rather be five or six hours early to an important event, forced to sit in the waiting room with nothing to do for that duration, or half an hour late to the same crucial event?

Thanks, Adele. I'd love to keep that section; when I do get a chance to record it, it will be one of the most joyful projects I complete here--I love the heart behind that chapter!

African child... So much more joyful!

Would you rather relinquish hugs, etc., or words of love?

Hello, I'm very sorry to have to say this, but I have sprained my ankle rather badly, resulting in some temporary lifestyle changes that will not allow me to record in a timely manner. Lots to deal with at the moment, but God is good all the time. Anyway, I wanted to let you know so that you could o...

Re: GROUP Elsie's New Relations by Martha Finley - ke

Gabrielle, I had really hoped to record this weekend, but I've recently sustained a rather bizarre injury to my ankle. I sprained it in three places and, though I've ben staying off of it, I haven't been healing quite as quickly as I had hoped. Lots of pain to deal with, and it's impacting a lot of ...

Re: You know you're addicted to LV when... (slight return)

You find yourself wishing, without any ill-intentions or malice, that someone could have died just a few years earlier... To whit, Oswald Chambers and Smith Wigglesworth! And, while we're on the subject, Mrs. Charles E. Cowman. Yes, I definitely have a list of those I wish had died just a bit soone...

Re: Solo The Children's Tabernacle;/Hand Work and Heart Work

Hi, Ann,

What you see in the MW is all that I have recorded for this time. I'm currently working on Ch. 10, and this project is still very important to me, so if you would consider this my monthly check-in post, too, that would be wonderful! Thanks.

Gabrielle, I just wrote a few others to let them know that I'm hoping to go on recording sprie this weekend, at which time I should have Ch. 14 completed. If I don't have it completed by the morning of Monday, the 24th, I'll let you know and we can go from there. Let me know if that will be all right.

I'm pretty sure that I submitted Saul's uncle before September 15, but I'm not certain. Do you still have it, or should I reupload it?

Hi, Scott. I can't personally add your section because my technology has vetoed any normal cooperation... But the book coordinator should be by in the next few days or so to add your section. I look forward to hearing it! God bless.

Re: [GROUP] Bible Passages Collection 001-mas

Hi, Bill, Sounds great! I love Philippians myself--so much joy in every one of those chapters. You'll probably want to record each chapter in its own section--four separate recordings--unless you're seeing the entire book of Philippians as a single Bible passage. It's ultimately up to you. Also, wha...

Re: Solo The Children's Tabernacle;/Hand Work and Heart Work

Ann and Rachel, I just thought I'd check in to let you both know that I'm still interested in this project and planning to finish--hopefully soon! Life has gotten in the way several times, but this project is extremely meaningful to me, and I look forward to further work on it in the next few weeks....
