SEction 21 is PL OK

Section 20 PL NOTES : at approx. 3:44-3:46 there is a repeat of the phrase " So long did I defer action in the case of Lolix"

It was well read and enjoyable to listen to, even though the guy is a total "rake" .

I'm listening to a section now to PL and the reader has read the footnotes. IN other projects I've PL'd the foot notes are ignored, but I didn't see an instructions for footnotes for this project. Do we keep the footnotes? does that mean that other sections with footnotes should read the footnotes?...

I put the files through Checker like I usually do and the new times are #12 18:34:75 and #13 4:25:48

PL NOTES Section 12 and 13 First of all :Bravo" :clap: :clap: :clap: both sections beautifully done. The second, female voice, in section 12 was seamless and very nice addition. My notes have to do with a missing outro section. it should say "End of section (or chapter) #." [Optional...

Section 13, 14 & 15 are PL OK.
