Re: [GRP]Pinero, Playwright by Hamilton Fyfe - thw

I thought I might take on section 11 - Mr Pinero's actors. It's only 2600 odd words - but I can't be sure when I will start it or how long it might take me. I usually do something like this in a day or so but at present I'm not sure if I can even start recording. So if that's OK and you can bear wi...

Re: constant repetition of public domain message

One of the newbies I whose forum account I recently activated said she discovered us because the narrator of the book she was listening to invited her to join us at the beginning of every chapter. What a lovely way to think about it! That's how I got here. After about a year of hearing "for more in...

You can of course click on the timeline a few seconds into the recording and miss out the intros ...

PS I feel guilty now as maybe my intros are of the boring kind ...

Re: [GRP] Short Story Collection 075 - lt

Yes, it's amazing what one can dig up about these obscure writers, especially the ones using a pseudonym who are more difficult sometimes to find out about. I live in N London so Peckham is a foreign country and we often joke about having our passports with us when we go south of the river! It's har...

Deleted my comments as I thought on reflection they were unnecessary and a bit pretentious!

It means he is PD (died 76 years ago) so I'm OK. Yes, I will include all that information when I upload in a few days time.
