Thank you, Mary, for MC'ing! 8) As to the file length. It depends, we try not to go any longer than will fit on an Audio CD, which is 80 minutes, or there abouts. Many people prefer files about 20 minutes long as they find it easier to find their place if they lose it while listening to a file, if i...

Wow! I wonder if Mr. Harrison might be interested in reading for LibriVox. Since he did us the honor of a mention in his blog, I went there and left a reply with a way of reaching me. It's about two hours before dawn where I am, but I'm hoping what I wrote was halfway decent. I won't post what I wr...

I'd note that although it's a blog about him and officially approved by him, he's only posted there himself twice as far as I can see. I thought it sounded odd that he wrote in the third person. Hey! It clearly says in the first post that we won't be using that blurb for the final work -- it's just...

I recommend increasing the playback speed to "chipmunk on meth". You won't understand anything, but you'll be able to listen to the entire Librivox collection in just under an hour.

I'm surprised Creative Commons hasn't picked up on this kind of thing, yet.

They have the "Founders Copyright" license that releases the copyright after 14 years. But that's not really the same thing at all.

Chapter 16 uploaded: http://upload.librivox.org/share/uploads/cs/planetdamned_16_harrison.mp3

Length: 14:47
