Re: Need help from a French language reader

I know how to pronounce most of it, having just finished my first French course, but I'm afraid I can do some somewhat accurate guessing as to a few phrases. Chapters 4 & 5 are both PL OK, but they both need more end silence for a total of 5 seconds.
I added a few seconds of silence to each file and updated the times in the MW.

Found help from a French language reader

Hi all, I'm recording the book "Bizarre" by Lawton Mackall, and one of the chapters contains about 30 lines in French. Interestingly, it is a play-by-play of a baseball game! I'm not good with French pronunciation, and I'm hoping to get someone to help by recording these lines. Here's a link to the ...

Re: ~SOLO Bizarre by Lawton Mackall - kd

What is the standard way to deal with a book that is broken up not only into chapters, but also into sections?
ie - What-Nots, Minims, Jangles

thanks

I agree with Lynne- great job! Sorry it's taken me so long to get around to posting on here- life has been super busy of late. There were a few places in Chapter 22 where some background noise was interfering a little. I noted the places in the PL notes. Thanks! I honestly did not hear any backgrou...

Re: SOLO Bizarre by Lawton Mackall

Hi Nick, I noticed that section 5, JOUEZ BALLE!, has quite a bit of French in it that will need to be read. Can you speak French or perhaps we can ask around for someone else to record those lines for you? Thanks. I missed that. French pronounciation is not something I'm very good at, so your sugge...
