Re: [MYST] Hound of the Baskervilles- Sir Arthur Conan Doyle

Chapters 1, 11, and 12 are PL OK.
LadyMaria, just be a little careful on recording as there are few times of popping plosives, nothing very distracting yet. :)

Re: [MYST] Hound of the Baskervilles- Sir Arthur Conan Doyle

PL Notes: Chapter 3- Please leave no more than 0.5- 1 second of silence in the beginning, 12:36, there's some weird background noise, I'm not sure what is it, but its distracting. 18:20- 18:24- it's a pretty long silence, 1-2 seconds might be enough. Currently, there's more than 5 seconds silence in...

Re: DRAMA: Pollyanna by Eleanor H. Porter - kd

Hi! just want to ask if this is the housemaid's line in Chapter 18 -"Bring me the candlestick now, please, Pollyanna."- I read the paragraph and it seems that the maid left the room, I'm just not sure since it's colored with the maid's color... thanks!

Re: The Interpretation of Dreams by Sigmund Freud - kd

Sidhu, I'd suggest, you edit the first post, the intro/outro part to say "section" rather than "chapter" especially for those who'll be reading the first parts where the text is not linked to gdocs. :)

Re: The Interpretation of Dreams by Sigmund Freud - kd

^_^ quick question, what's the intro, "Chapter [number]" or "Section [number]"? I'm listening to some and I'm confused about what the readers should say. Some says chapter, some says section..

Re: The Interpretation of Dreams by Sigmund Freud - kd

hello sidhu, I couldn't find the link for section 12. It says it's PL needed but I can't find the link. :) Thanks. And just to be clear about the intro/outro, should they say Chapter or Section? Thank you.

Re: Self-Taught Language Books / Developing a Language Resou

Hello! I really love this thread and had I not been in my last two years of study in Uni, I would have loved to record one of the books. Anyway, I've just seen this book, Language: An Introduction to the study of speech by Edward Sapir, one of the proponents of Sapir-Whorf hypothesis- http://archive...

Re: DRAMA: Pollyanna by Eleanor H. Porter

Hello Abigail! Are there any characters that I can read? Unless you'll allow cross-gender casting, I'd try Jimmy Bean then. I haven't really read Pollyanna yet so yeah, but I'd love to be part of this. :)
