Re: (Children) Mostly Boys: Short Stories by Francis J. Finn

Hi Maria :D

@ ~20:58 missed line.

But a few moments afterward a crowd of soldiers flushed with drink came staggering forth, some singing, some swearing, some shouting out "Down with the Jesuits!"

The ending surprised me, I was not expecting it to end like that!

Hi Maria,

That was a great story. :D

No, I still can't download from the thread, but no worries, I'm using Opera to download from Librivox, and it's working just fine. :D Not a big fan of Chrome.

Re: (Religion) History of the Catholic Church...Vol 2 -m8b1

Hi Maria, Section 15 @ ~42:13 small missed edit. ...which will be perpetual seminaries of Protestant burgesses, since it is provided in the charters that the provost and twelve chief burgesses, who are to elect all the rest, must always be such as will take the Oath of Supremacy. Edit to add: Decide...

Firefox is the culprit. I tried the downloadthemall plugin, still not working. I'm downloading now using Chrome. Thanks for the tip. :D I'll do 15 tonight, and 16 tomorrow night / Saturday morning. :D

Evening Maria, :D

Just tried downloading 15 and 16 and it wasn't meant to be. Bad link maybe?

Re: (Religion) History of the Catholic Church...Vol 2 -m8b1

Hi Maria, 11 and 13 are okay. :) 14 has a missed edit @ ~2:08 ...the crops and the cattle were destroyed in a hope of starving out the scattered followers of Desmond, and a force composed of Spaniards and Italians were butchered after they agreed to surrender the fortress of Dunanore. I would love s...

Re: (Religion) History of the Catholic Church...Vol 2 -m8b1

Hi Maria, :) 11 has one small error. @~31:03 missed edit. If they could not penetrate into the North or West they determined to make an excursion into the "four shires above the Barrow"... I'll finish up with 12 tomorrow evening. We hired a landscaping company to do our front lawn. They are starting...

Re: (Religion) History of the Catholic Church...Vol 2 -m8b1

Hi Maria, 10 is okay, but you will need to add about 5 seconds of silence at the end. Oh, how I would love some of your cold weather. We went from a spring like winter directly to summer. It's been in the 90's the past few days. I haven't watered my front lawn since last October, mainly due to the d...
