Re: List of Unrecorded Horror, Ghost Stories and Weird Tales

Tales of the Wonder Club

Published in three volumes.

You included the name of one story out of Volume I, but there's a lot more there than just the one story.

That would be the PPer that was really quick, not me. She's a friend of Cori's.

I am looking for a PPer. I also have The First Book of Eskimos in the PP pool right now.

Re: More E. Nesbit books?

Thanks so much Greg! That's fantastic! I might read one of these into the current children's short story collection! (I don't think I need to wait for PG clearance for this book, as LV already has it in the catalogue, so it must have been previously cleared.) These scans are cleared by PG. They jus...

Re: More E. Nesbit books?

I have a PG clearance for a copy of Nine Unlikely Tales. I'm working on a scan now. I'll post this to Archive.org when I get it done. It usually takes a few months to get a book through PGDP and into PG. Greg https://archive.org/details/NineUnlikelyTales The comic book zip is the interesting file. E...

Re: List of Early Science Fiction (not yet in the catalog!)

I don't know about LV rules, but PG's rules would allow reconstructing the page. If you use another edition for the reconstruction you would need to grab TP&V scans (A phone photo as long as they are readable) from the edition used for the reconstruction. TP&V scans from all editions used would have...

Re: List of Early Science Fiction (not yet in the catalog!)

There are bad pages that are unreadable in the Hathi copy. Page 339 is the one I ran into sampling pages.

Re: More E. Nesbit books?

If I can get a paper copy can I read it? If you can get a pre 1923 (copyright statement, not publishing date) paper copy and are willing to either scan it, or mail the paper to me, we can put it up on PG. There might be something in progress already if you want me to check. Greg edit: I checked my ...

Re: [SOLO SCI-FI] First Lensman, by E.E. Doc Smith-ans

Ooo Ooo Ooo When would Galactic Patrol be PD? Clive (very excited by this, but trying hard not to interfere) It's PD in Canada next year. The US copyright is complicated by the serial publication in Astounding where Astounding renewed their copyright. Get Astounding's successors to say that they ne...
