I have contacts for the right person for a number of the pulp magazines. In almost all cases the rights belong to the authors rather than to the magazine. Proving this for PG is difficult if the collective copyright was renewed. There's a fair pile of SF pulp fiction going through DP right now where...

Is that the same story I heard on the "X-1" radio show (from the 50's I think)?
Probably. I think it was done on one of the radio shows. I don't have a copy to check it against though.
