I like the idea of this, maybe with the playback cursor/marker in the middle and have the track scroll past, similiar to how the SCROLL LOCK key works in a spreadsheet by working on the row in the middle as the active row no matter how high or low you scroll the sheet. 8-)

If you do edit the breaths from your reading, do not cut it, silence it, and leave the space where a breath would be to ease the pace for the listener.
