i'm sorry. i've just realized that over 6000 words are the footnotes. how is this being handled? i've not included them to this point.

i'm back at work on this - it is rather long, over 13000 words. should i break it up? i think it will be over 90 minutes total.

this was difficult to read without affecting something of an odd accent mainly due to the unusual and old-form spellings. there are also some terrific run on sentences here. ahrr.
