Re: SOLO The Double: A Petersburg Poem by Fyodor Dostoevsky - tg

Very nice reading, wow! I am really enjoying this novella so far. I had never read it until now. Section 2 PL notes: 21:56 5 seconds of silence at end of file will suffice (currently 8.5 seconds) Section 3 PL notes: 02:53 Misreading/stumble ("at last the town clock struck three" read as "at last th...

Re: SOLO The Double: A Petersburg Poem by Fyodor Dostoevsky - tg

I've re-uploaded those two sections. I used the checker, and the sound level on both of them is now around 88dB. Let me know if there are any further corrections!

Re: SOLO The Double: A Petersburg Poem by Fyodor Dostoevsky

I'm aware there's a copy in the catalog- I'd still love to do this book. Thanks so much for this text source! Exactly what I was looking for. How could I insert it into the Text Source opening instead of the other source?

Re: [NON-FIC/BOTANY] Natural History, volume 5, by Pliny the Elder - lt

I'm very sorry and I probably...

Thanks so much for the notes! Here are my sections with the stumbles edited out. These are my first recording for Librivox, so I hope this is the right way to do it :| . Let me know if there are any other issues with the recordings! https://librivox.org/uploads/leni/parallellives07_01_plutarchperrin...

Starlite, my name is Ans. Anna is my first baptismal name, so you do not have to guess anymore.
I think Dutch names are by far the most beautiful. Both my parents are Dutch, so I might be prejudiced. :)

Re: Greetings from Canada

I'm Canadian too, B.C. is one of my favourite places :)! I'm reading the Great Gatsby and Plutarch's Lives (for school and Librivox  )
Welcome!
