I can set this up for you if you wish. Glad to see that you got some nice feedback on one of your books.
Thanks Craigdav---It's nice to get good feedback. After I've listened to something half a dozen times it's hard to evaluate by the time I'm finished. :)

Hi Cheryl----Just saying hello to let you know I'm still working on MCM. I'm one third of the way through the last chapter. I don't know why it's going so slow, but for sure done by Christmas. Hoping you are doing well! SC :D

Glad you think it's interesting. It pains my feminist heart at times, but this was the early 1900s and so it is what it is. SC :)

Re: SOLO [My Chinese Marriage] by [Mae Franking and Katherine Anne Porter]

Spiffy, (I like that name) I would love to PL this. And I applaud your idea of keeping it under control - one chapter a week or so. That way, I hope, you won't get burned out and will have a long career at LV :D I will be here no matter what rate you want to work at this. Cheryl Hi Cheryl---...

Re: Is a book published in 1923 a possibility?

Yep, because the year things are PD is moving yearly now. :) The trick might be finding an e-text. If it's on Gutenberg, you're golden. It might also be on Archive or HathiTrust.org. I found it on the internet archive. I was wondering why that date didn't seem to be changing. Thanks for the reply! SC

I'm guessing that's a no, but curious. It's called Memories of the Russian Court. Thanks, SC
1923 is good. It's after 1923 that's the problem.
Cool! Thanks. SC
