Thanks for the clear answer and the references, you both, I'll go check it out
Edit: You know what's funny? I think I'll have more people listening to my story if I put it on audible and charge money for it instead of putting it on youtube for free

Uploading my own audiobook (voice-acted) - what do the rules say?
So I recorded an audiobook (dark fantasy inspired by real events), it's even voice-acted and I hired some talented people for that. I want to upload it in its entirety to LibriVox but retain copyrights just in case (i.e. I don't want to declare I'm officially putting it up on "public domain&quo...

LanguageQuesters - Language-learning with Librivox
Hello everyone, Hi all, I'm developing a free language-learning portal called LanguageQuesters, the concept is language-learning in a more immersive and/or interactive fashion. Re: Willing to pay for Alice in Wonderland in Spanish

I tried googling the text and it seems at one point that text was indeed on wikisource but now it's no longer and the google links lead ...

Willing to pay for Alice in Wonderland in Spanish
Hey guys, I'm willing to pay for someone to record Alice in Wonderland in Spanish. It'd be very symbolic, I'm talking a fixed amount of 200$. The recording will be public domain on librivox, of course. The reason I'll be doing it is because I'm working on a language-learning website ( http://languag...

Re: SOLO [RUSSIAN] Essays of the Past by Levanda - maryanns
Just wanted to say I really enjoy the reader's voice. It reminds me of the Metro 2033 Russian audiobook reader (whose name I forgot). Really pleasure to listen to, very nice storyteller's voice, very authentically Russian.
