Re: What's for dinner?

We are having home-made pizza tonight. But my funny story: I decided to try making my own pasta sauce from fresh tomatoes. It was all going OK until I tasted it and realised it was far too sour! So (typical new bride) I rang my mother in a panic wondering what to do? She told me "if it is too sour,...

Re: [DUET]St. George and St. Michael, Vol 2 - thw

Looks good. I was debating whether we should add chapter numbers to the MW, since the chapter numbers for this pick up where volume 1 left off. So section 1 is actually Chapter 17. And I think we should read chapter numbers for the intros and endings instead of section numbers. What do you think?

Ok, word counts are in. Let me (or Todd  ) know if you have trouble entering titles or assigning sections. but it’s also getting way too addictive, I’ve got to watch my time with it  Hah! You have no idea! My husband is starting to complain that people on LV see me more often than he does...

Chapter 2 is PL ok. Chapter 3 now has a repeat: "Chapter 3: The Frogs at the Bridge. Chapter 3: The Frogs at the Bridge."

I just noticed that the MW says not to sing. I don't get to sing? That was half the appeal! Puh-puh-puh-please????

who was twisting your arm, Devorah ? Tell me and I make him walk the plank. It was Chris wasn't it ? You know, I don't rightly recall. So many of my past memories are very faint, you understand... But I remember there was a smell... Such an awful smell, you can't imagine! And something ab...

That was a cold read??? And yet not a single stammer, repeat, or mouse click?! Well, you're leagues ahead of me, clearly! I thought, since there were so many pauses, that something of the kind may have happened, but no editing at all? I'm impressed!

Re: [DUET]St. George and St. Michael, Vol 2 - thw

If you want to fill in the names of the chapters and assign our sections, just for practice or to try it out, that's perfectly fine. Or I don't mind doing it myself. I will be able to do that tomorrow. I also have word counts I can add for each chapter, if you want them. (I find that helpful, so tha...

Re: [HISTORY]War and Women by Mrs. St. Clair Stobart - jo

Section 11: For some reason there were several pauses throughout this section that seemed overlong to me. Some were between sentences, or at the break between chapters, but I've only outlined below those that occurred in the middle of a sentence. You read the author's name as "Mrs. Clair Stobart," o...

Re: [HISTORY]War and Women by Mrs. St. Clair Stobart - jo

Section 10 13:22-13:26 You read, "He probably has many potential virtues as the Bulgars or even as the British nation." Text reads, "He probably has as many potential virtues as the Bulgars or even as the British nation." A small omission, but it changes the sentence structure and made it sound stra...

Good catch, tovarisch, it's not doing the boundaries correctly, and has put the 45 yr old into the 46+ group. I'll poke it!
It's not just that one column, either. There is one 32-year-old, but there is a 0 in the 31-34 bracket. It's like everything is shifted a few years over.
