Re: [DR]Doctor Dolittle's Post Office, Hugh Lofting - ke

I expect I'll go see it. However, I can't help but remark that neither Rex Harrison nor RDJ is a little round man, as John Dolittle is repeatedly described.

Re: [DR]Doctor Dolittle's Post Office, Hugh Lofting - ke

Non over lapping roles only, so I will put you in as the executive officer! And the Ellemir of Ellebubu - they appear in different sections, thanks! Please note that since the insertion of the Prologue, S13 now appears in Section 14, etc. I noted the later comment about renumbering, so I've used th...

Re: [DR]Doctor Dolittle's Post Office, Hugh Lofting - ke

You make a good point, in that this book doesn't open in a very happy frame of mind. It probably would sound strange if the Doctor was overly happy in the midst of poor Zuzana's suffering. I should also mention, perhaps, that I was initially surprised by the cheeriness I heard in your first performa...

I'll set this up :)
Kathrine, will you please change the section I've just added to become section 0, so that the other numbering doesn't have to change? I'd appreciate it very much. Sorry that I didn't plan for a section 0 in advance.

Re: [DR]Doctor Dolittle's Post Office, Hugh Lofting - ke

Excellent job on section 1, Larry! Superb. Nothing missing, and it all sounds great! I'll ask for a slight adjustment to the intro, though, because I'd like to change one thing about our section arrangement. After a little more thought, I've decided that I ought to separate the prologu...

Re: SOLO Floyd's Flowers by Silas Floyd-mas

Section 92: 1:35 Slight change in wording. But I really like the tone and character in your voice here, and it would be a shame to lose that, so this change is OPTIONAL. Text reads "I used to know her quite well." I hear "I used to call her quite well." 2:23 Text reads "...turned to his other duties...

Section 80:

1:03 Pronunciation note, and therefore OPTIONAL: "draught" is an older (or chiefly British) spelling of "draft."

Re: SOLO Floyd's Flowers by Silas Floyd-mas

Section 74:

2:54-3:09 Two takes here of the sentence "But at last the work was completed, and raised the admiration for Banneker to quite a high pitch among his few neighbors." (I prefer the second, personally.)

Section 73: 0:57 Text reads "Yes; and when that boy is twelve or thirteen years old somebody will have to go to him..."
