i am having problems downloading a lame thingy onto my computer so i can make mp3 files and stuff like that, so if anyone has any suggestions they will be very welcome (is their a video tutorial for how to install Lame?)

i did find those videos that you mentioned and they were a tremendous help in downloading and setting up both Audacity and recording and sending in my 1-Minute Test, so thank you for mentioning that.
