No, just me poking around. I did install the Lame when I got Audacity, but I'm still trying to figure it out. I'll check the wiki, thanks.

Thank you very much, although I found the preferences, but under export it only had something about the LAME library MP3 exporting, how do I change that to the correct bit rate?
Once again feeling rediculous and very very much like a newbie.

I got the new audacity program, and since many of the helpful hints are written for 1.28, they are not aplicable. How do I set bit rate?
