I'd like to read section 16 The Steam Bell. A couple questions: should I read any of the figure info? And also should I read the letters that reference the figures?

Sorry, by effect, I mean I reduced the bass it sounds more like a telephone.

I added a slight telephone effect for when Mr. Fleck is on the phone. If you don't like it, I can easily change it back to normal.
