Zatarain's Red Beans and Rice in the pantry. Nope! Not good. I do highly recommend Zatarains Red Bean Seasoning Mix. Add that to a # of red beans, add 1 lb of Manda's or other link sausage, simmer 2 hours per package directions, serve over rice. Easy to fix, enough for 8-12, freezes well, and mmmmm...
