Re: [FULL] Titus Andronicus by William Shakespeare - kit

I don't know if you're joking, Craig, or whether you genuinely can record yourself playing the trumpet for us, but if the latter, I would be welcome to it! As Sonia did say, though, we just can't poach a recording from another website and use it. Whatever sound effects we use have to be record...

Re: [FULL] Titus Andronicus by William Shakespeare - kit

Wonderful, Sonia! Tamora 5.3 is PL OK and now we await our last remaining characters to be recorded! While there is still no rush, considering three of us have already finished our roles, hopefully it will provide some incentive for the others to continue submitting files! Perhaps we could...

Re: [FULL] Titus Andronicus by William Shakespeare - kit

Wow, Sonia is now approaching the finish line, as well! Young Lucius 5.3 and Tamora 1.1 are both PL OK! The latter is especially great. There are so many emotions she's expressing in one scene, from anguish to vindictiveness! I can't wait to hear more.

Re: [FULL] Titus Andronicus by William Shakespeare - kit

Yay, thanks Sonia! All but Quintus 2.3 (which is Jenn's scene) are PL OK!

As for Young Lucius, I believe he is a young boy, so if you could give him a child's voice, that would work wonderfully.

Re: [FULL] Titus Andronicus by William Shakespeare - kit

Good news! I was able to get back to my microphone earlier than expected, so I re-did that small line in Aaron 5.1 and hopefully "tears" sounds clearer now.

Re: [FULL] Titus Andronicus by William Shakespeare - kit

One note for 5_1 > at 3:49 : "beheld his tears " – I hear "chars" :hmm: could you check please ? both files are a bit under 86 dB , but that will get adjusted anyway thanks Sonia Thanks, Sonia! So, after listening back, I do know that I said "tears," but the accent I a...

Re: [FULL] Titus Andronicus by William Shakespeare - kit

And right as Craig finishes his roles, I have finished mine; all of Aaron's lines are now ready for PL. :) And if someone could PL my lines in 5.1 and 5.3, I'd appreciate it! My goodness, what a piece of work that guy is! I can't remember the last time I played someone so abjectly evil. But was it f...

Re: [FULL] Titus Andronicus by William Shakespeare - kit

And Aemilius 5.1 and 5.3 are PL OK!

I marked Titus 5.3 as PL OK, as well, though Chiron's name was slightly mispronounced compared to the pronunciation I listed in the Google Doc. I can leave it as an optional fix since it happens only once in this scene.

Re: [FULL] Titus Andronicus by William Shakespeare - kit

Wow, thank you so much, Craig! Officially the first one done all his roles. Now we wait to see if you have any PL notes to take care of, and of course you have your scenes to PL and edit as more lines come in.

I shall check the files I'm responsible for a little later today!

Re: [FULL] Titus Andronicus by William Shakespeare - kit

Thank you, Brad! Chiron 5.2 is already PL OK and the other files are in the MW.

And yes, if you would like to vocalize their deaths, that is fine! While we can't visualize the violence, we can find audible ways to get it across.

Re: [FULL] Titus Andronicus by William Shakespeare - kit

I was able to record all my bit supporting roles and the DP credits, so they are now ready for PL! A few of them are in scenes I'm responsible for, so if anyone can PL those for me, that would be awesome. :D

Re: OPEN[PLAY]His House in Order by Pinero - thw

For a change, perhaps I will try playing a young boy. I think my voice is still suitable to pass for one (if I try). So I will claim Derek, if I may!

Thank you both! It looks like the rest of Kelly's narration is good to go. And Craig's credits are also PL OK! Very short and sweet.

Re: [FULL] Titus Andronicus by William Shakespeare - kit

Thanks, Brad! The credits and Second Goth are already PL OK ! As for reading with the other tribunes, you can do so if you'd like. What you say is true and I must have overlooked it when prepping the roles. Hopefully Sonia will be okay with editing together three voices in the end! She's still on ho...
