After introducing each act, I just record each line with silence between, right?
Thank you for claiming! :) Yes, that's the idea. You give your voice credit as "Boy, read by Melanie Jensen" and then read his lines with about 2 seconds of silence in between.

Re: [FULL] The Tempest by William Shakespeare - kit

Actually, I spoke too soon LOL. I distinctly hear Craig call Ferdinand "Fernando" (like the ABBA song) at 6:32. We obviously need to correct that.

Re: [FULL] The Tempest by William Shakespeare - kit

Thanks, Sonia! I may just wait for the entire Act 3 file. I'll mark this one PL OK for now, since I trust you did not omit anything. :P

Re: [FULL] The Tempest by William Shakespeare - kit

1.1 is ready for PL. Sonia, let me know suggestions for improvement for both scenes so that I can have them fixed when I paste them together and finalize the act. :)

Re: [FULL] The Tempest by William Shakespeare - kit

Here is the correction for Caliban: https://librivox.org/uploads/kitty/tempest_caliban_2_2.mp3 I stopped and read the line before I recorded and actually debated the pronunciation. My instinctive association of snakes with harm made me read it as "an injury" instead of the verb form of coiling/twist...

I think Act 3 may be ready to be finalized? All the roles for that act seem to be in.

Re: OPEN [PLAY] The Country Wife by William Wycherley - thw

Hi, I'd like to claim the role of Pinchwife. I think I'll give the '77 play a look too. Who doesn't want to see a young Helen Mirren...or old? At any age, she's a bombshell! :D Wonderful! Welcome aboard! :) And yes, the 1977 version is worth taking a look at so you have a feel for the comic styling...

Re: [FULL] The Tempest by William Shakespeare - kit

Looks like all roles are in. If we're diligent with editing, this may be the quickest Shakespeare we've released yet. Speaking of editing, I will claim 1.1 for now, since it requires merging the mariners. I think that may be the last scene that would need voice merging? I can claim one mor...

thanks for being brave enough to tackle this controversial role, Tomas !
Well, seeing as it's one of the few male roles, I wasn't left with much choice. :P I will do my best with it.

I'm also in Act 5, by the way. Thought I should say so now, to prevent confusion later on.
