I fixed Chapt 36, and posted the remaining 3 chapters. There is no chapter 41. I could not figure out how to eliminate that line from the MW. OK I just did a search of the forum and apparently it is not necessary to record the footnotes. But I await your direction on this.

Hi Kevin, a question: How should I handle footnotes? I discovered four at the end of chapter 40.
Should I insert them into the text Prefaced by "Footnote:" yadda, yadda, yadda....? and then continue with the text?
