After two levelings, I'm at 91.2

Strange I ran them both through the checker program.

Thank you very much. Keep the feedback coming. I used the leveler effect to increase volume, it was suggest elsewhere to avoid clipping. I didn't really hear clicks, but I removed some blips in the time line at those sections, so I hope I got them. Here is my updated file https://librivox.org/upload...
