Re: ~[FINNISH] Ensimmäiset novellit by Juhani Aho -ke

In the poem there was one mistake I found. It should be lentäissänsä, you read lentäessänsä. That's about that. Now, hopefully mine are ready for PL. The earlier one is the same as before, here is the latter one. http://uploads.librivox.org/kathrinee/ensimmaisetnovellit_03_aho_128kb_v2.mp3 The first...

Re: ~[FINNISH] Ensimmäiset novellit by Juhani Aho -ke

Oops, apparently it was not a great idea to edit the later one that late.

There are a couple of editing mistakes, which I need to correct.
Might happen quite soon.

Hi! I listened to your "tapes". A couple of mistakes, but nothing severe. Nice voice characterizations! I managed to edit my first one and read+edit the second one (which was actually not that short at all). They are here. Feel free to pl, if you want to :) https://librivox.org/uploads/kat...

Actually, I could read the third part. It was not very long, I think.

Re: ~[FINNISH] Ensimmäiset novellit by Juhani Aho -ke

Hi! The slightly modified version looks good. Not sure about the section names, but since they are plain romans in the original, it feels ok :) I actually have read my part already, but I haven't yet edited it. I also need to read those "disclaimers". I may actually be up to another part s...

Re: ~[OPEN] Microphone Showdown 3 - RuthieG

Hello. Here are my two next ones. Even though the text is in Finnish, I made the preamble in English. I hope this is ok. I forgot I have actually the Mark II version of C4, but it is not included in the spoken preamble. Title: Metsään nukkunut Author: Eino Leino (1878 - 1926) Text URL: http://www.gu...

Re: ~[OPEN] Microphone Showdown 3 - RuthieG

Hi! Yeah, I know, that my choice of text is not exactly innovative or anything, but yeah... Since there hasn't been awful lot of activity on this thread for a while, I though it might be okay, if I just go ahead and record entry 17. Title: Extract from Pride and Prejudice Author: Jane Austen (1775-1...

Hello from Finland

Hi! I'm a Finnish physics student (and a musician to some extent) going on 24. Since I have some experience from audio engineering, it might be of use. Though since it is usually about music, it might not generally apply well to here. As a musician, I'm primarily a pianist, but I also sing in 3 choi...
