Just a suggestion, but one way to attract more non-English volunteers would be to translate the Librivox Website into other languages so that people who are interested in making a recording and don't speak English can read the website in their native language.

The book, "Recollections of a Busy Life" (https://librivox.org/recollections-of-a-busy-life-by-william-forwood/) does not seem to be working. When I click play on any of the chapters it takes me to a page that says the "Page Cannot Be Found".
