Thanks for the reply MagicMan. Unfortunately, that setting was already selected. I checked the links in a couple of other sites I use frequently. Some of the time it opens a new tab and other times it replaces my original page. <shrug> Oh well. I'll eventually get used to right clicking everything ...

Where the footnote is just a bible reference I would just give the reference without the start /end if footnote.
Remember that we want this to be listenable and that is the most important thing.

Hi Travis, Is this the name that you would like to show on your reader page? Do you have a website? Regarding footnotes, it is up to the reader's discretion whether to include them or not. And yes, you're correct in thinking that they should be inserted at a logical break, rather than where they are...
